About the role of Building Services Engineer
My client is looking for a knowledgeable Engineer that is Electrically bias with knowledge of Mechanical. The position is heavy on PPM work rather than reactive maintenance. The location is in Fulham on a luxury residential development.
Responsibilities for the Building Services Engineer
- Responsible for PPMS and reporting results
- Fault finding and repairs on both Electrical and Mechncial systems
- Electrical testing and inspecting
- AHU and FCU maintenance
- Emergency/Alarms lighting
Requirements for Building Services Engineer
- Level 3 NVQ City & Guild or equivalent
- 18th edition
