Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Electrical and Mechanical Engineer (Electrically Biased) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical and mechanical systems in a variety of settings within the commercial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct planned maintenance, reactive breakdowns, and new installations.
  • Manage and lead technical teams, allocating workload and supervising activities on certain shift patterns.
  • Respond to breakdowns and emergencies, including on-call support for electrical and mechanical issues (single and 3-phase systems).
  • Work with HVAC systems, motors, biomass hot water, heating systems, and associated pumps.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all maintenance and repair work.
  • Provide excellent customer service, working closely with clients to deliver effective solutions.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • City and Guilds Qualified Electrician
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification
  • Experience with HVAC systems, controls, and motors
  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
