The Role

We are seeking a full-time, static Multi Skilled Engineer with a Mechanical Bias to join our property maintenance team at a prestigious site in Paddington, West Central London.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct PPM and planned maintenance, response, and fault analysis.
  • Perform fault finding and plant adjustments, inspect electrical/mechanical services, plant, and systems, and complete maintenance tasks as per contract specifications.
  • Handle multi-skilled tasks such as re-lamping luminaires, fault finding in electrical wiring systems, motors, generators, lighting systems, chillers, AHUs, and cleaning foul water systems, drains, and M&E systems.
  • Conduct reactive and extra work requirements adhering to engineering standards and HASAWA legislation.
  • Comply with Health & Safety Policies and statutory obligations.
  • Ensure timely completion and submission of daily work sheets and maintenance & inspection records.

Requirements

  • Electrical/Mechanical City & Guilds, Part 1 and 2 or equivalent, BMS experience, and multi-skilling capability.
  • Understanding of statutory compliance HVAC and Water Treatment.
  • Health & Safety IOSH Working Safely qualification or similar.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong time management and communication skills.
