Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical Bias, Building Services)

Static - Greenwich Mon- Fri (40 hour week)

  • This position is static, you will covering a large commercial sites made up of multiple buildings in Greenwich on a full time, permanent basis


Your new role - Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

  • Commercial mechanicalbias maintenance such as ahus, fcus, plumbingetc & general building services maintenance on a variety of commercial buildings
  • Working Mon- Fri (40hour week) earlies & lates rotating weekly. No overtime available and nocall out required so great for a work life balance.

What you'll need to succeed-Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

  • Experience in similar role, preferably within an FM organisation /commercial environment
  • Mechanical qualification
  • Commutable distance of Greenwich as no parking on site
