Position: Building Services Engineer
Location: Mayfair area of London
Duration: Permanent
Salary: From £42,000 to £45,000 subject to experience level
We are looking for an experienced Building Services Engineer for a large Static site in London to join a team of experienced engineers
This site needs a strong mechanical bias engineer who has experience in dealing with older plant room and has experience in maintaining AHU's, Basic plumbing as well as compliance that includes emergency lighting, water flushing etc.
Due to the size of the site, there will be a lot of walking involved.
The right person for this position will already have a strong building services background with a strong mechanical bias. They need to be holding a minimum of a level 2 building services qualification
Requirements
- Strong background in building services maintenance
- Level 2 building services qualification
- Good mechanical knowledge
- Happy to commute to the Mayfair area of London
- Experienced in dealing with older plant
- Must be able to walk around a large site
Package
- Excellent basic salary
- 8am until 5pm on site
- Monday to Friday position
- Overtime is available
- Pension
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
- An immediate start can be arranged
