Are you an experienced multi-skilled building services maintenance engineer who is seeking a new challenge? Looking to work in a state of the art commercial office space in the heart of London? This could be the role for you!
- Mon to Fri (7am to 4pm / 8am to 5pm)
- Overtime Available
- Call-out 1 in 2 - 2 person team on-site
Duties
- PPMs and reactive maintenance on mechanical and electrical plant installations
- Plant room walkarounds
- Visual inspections
- Fixing leaks
- Maintaining HVAC system
- Lighting upgrades/maintenance
- Maintenance to power distribution in the building
- Visual inspection and repair work on water pumps
- Cooling tower maintenance
- Water treatment in line with L8 regulations
- Basic fabric duties as required
- Escorting sub-contractors across the site
- Keeping PPM records up-to-date
Requirements
- Building services maintenance experience
- C&G / NVQ Level 3 in Electrical installations
- 18th Edition
- Knowledge of commercial boilers/pumps
