Are you an experienced multi-skilled building services maintenance engineer who is seeking a new challenge? Looking to work in a state of the art commercial office space in the heart of London? This could be the role for you!

  • Mon to Fri (7am to 4pm / 8am to 5pm)
  • Overtime Available
  • Call-out 1 in 2 - 2 person team on-site

Duties

  • PPMs and reactive maintenance on mechanical and electrical plant installations
  • Plant room walkarounds
  • Visual inspections
  • Fixing leaks
  • Maintaining HVAC system
  • Lighting upgrades/maintenance
  • Maintenance to power distribution in the building
  • Visual inspection and repair work on water pumps
  • Cooling tower maintenance
  • Water treatment in line with L8 regulations
  • Basic fabric duties as required
  • Escorting sub-contractors across the site
  • Keeping PPM records up-to-date

Requirements

  • Building services maintenance experience
  • C&G / NVQ Level 3 in Electrical installations
  • 18th Edition
  • Knowledge of commercial boilers/pumps
