We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Engineering Supervisor to lead a team of engineers at Heathrow Airport. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day mechanical and electrical maintenance and repair activities at the airport, ensuring all operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical leadership and direction to a team of engineers.
  • Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and handle reactive works.
  • Respond effectively to both critical and non-critical mechanical/electrical failures.
  • Oversee incident management, monitor plant status, and manage equipment breakdowns.
  • Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, representing the company in a professional manner at all times.
  • Promote excellent customer service by coaching and supporting your team in maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Manage an inventory of regularly used parts and critical spares.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
  • A technical qualification in an electrical (preferred) or mechanical discipline.
  • 18th Edition qualified.
  • High Voltage - Authorised Person (HV-AP) experience, qualified to JPS 375, or willing to undertake necessary training.
  • PS-AP qualification or the willingness to obtain and maintain it.
  • Solid understanding of both mechanical and electrical building services.
