Static Fabric/Maintenance Engineer
(opportunity to develop skills and career progression)
£33k basic plus overtime, training and development
My client are an established and stable Building Engineering and Energy specialist with a superb reputation and excellent staff retention rates, due to long term commercial project wins they are looking for a Static Maintenance Engineer to join their specialist Building Engineering team.
Responsibilities:
- Plumbing - washers, taps, unblocking toilets, unblocking stacks, installing new sinks, urinals and toilets, pipework (copper or PVC)
- Legionella Testing
- Basic plant and equipment maintenance such as ahu's, fcu's and experience of working in plant rooms.
- Carpentry - hanging doors, new locks, architrave, window frames, boxing in, assembling furniture
- Emergency light tests and basic electrics
Requirements:
- Experience working as a Fabric maintenance engineer
- Fabric or Plumbing/Mechanical qualified - Plumbing, Carpentry ( C&G, NVQ )
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Good communication skills
- Client Facing
- Immediately available or able to start at short notice
