Sonic Summary
- We are seeking several foot mobile Engineers for a permanent position covering commercial buildings in Oxford Circus, offering a salary of up to £45,000.
- The role involves 40 hours of work per week, Monday to Friday, with significant overtime opportunities.
- Applicants can have a background as either a Maintenance Electrician or a Mechanical Maintenance/Plumber, with relevant experience in building services.
- Candidates must hold up-to-date qualifications in their respective fields and possess good client-facing skills.
- Previous experience in Maintenance, Facilities Management, or Building Services is required, along with the ability to pass a short technical test.
Mon-Fri 40 hours per week with a large amount of overtime available.
We are looking for two principle engineer biases and can accept applciants with either of these backgrounds:
Maintenance Electrician:
Electrical PPM and reactive works
Electrical compliance
Lighting and emergency lighting
Power and distribution
Mechanical Maintenance / Plumber:
Commercial plumbing and leak repair
Mechanical plant room upkeep
AHU and FCU PPM's
Requirements:
Qualified Engineer in either of the above
Up to date qualifications relevant to either of the above
Able to cover foot mobile contract - central London
Previous experience of Maintenance / Facilities Management / Building Services sectors
Good client facing skills
Need to pass a short technical test
