Monday to Friday (Week 1: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Week 2: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM)

We are seeking a versatile and skilled Multi Skilled Engineer to join our team, working at one of their headquarters located in Westminster.The business you would be working for is considered one of the largest FM employers across Europe having over 370,000 employees with an annual revenue of over 69b.

As a Multi Skilled Engineer, you will be an integral part of a team of three engineers responsible for maintaining and ensuring the smooth operation of the building's HVAC systems. Your role will include performing pre-planned maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities for an HVAC Engineer:

• Conduct pre-planned maintenance across a variety of HVAC equipment.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC system faults to minimize downtime.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Participate in a rotating shift pattern, alternating weekly between early (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM) and late (10:00 AM - 7:00 PM) shifts.
• Be available for call out 1 in every 3 weeks, with a standby payment of 100.
• Utilize a pool vehicle when on-call for any off-site requirements.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless operation and client satisfaction.

Qualifications/Experience for a HVAC Engineer:

• Qualifications: Relevant technical qualifications in HVACor mechanical engineering.
• Experience: Proven experience in a multi-skilled engineering role, particularly within facilities management.
• Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Attributes: Reliable, proactive, and committed to providing high-quality service.
