Masterfix is a leading properties services company and provider of HVAC solutions, socialisingin the installation, maintenance, and repair of fan coil units (FCUs) and other critical building services. Our commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction drives us to seek talented individuals to join our expanding team.
What youll be doing:
- Servicing of fan coil units across a portfolio of prime residential properties.
- Carrying out yearly heating, ventilation, air cooling and water temperatures checks and identifying repairs during servicing.
- Logging all results within same day of the servicing being completed and advise clients when updates are complete.
- Logging all defects and repairs and reporting back to the site supervisor.
- General plumbing repairs.
- Updating management so adequate stocks of materials can be maintained and identify requirements for critical spares.
- Ensure works and tasks are completed to a very high standard and conform to industry legislation.
- Deliver a first-class service to all our customers and clients.
Must - Haves
- Newly qualified in Plumbing or HVAC qualifications and looking for a career working in high end residential properties.
- Ability to work independently anduse initiative or as part of team.
- Good communication skills, both verbal & written.
- Understanding of good customer care.
