Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Mechanical Engineer to join their team at their critical site based in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional looking to lead a large team of engineers in a dynamic and busy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of engineers on site.
- Perform mechanical maintenance and checks on pumps, plant rooms, cooling towers, and steam boilers.
- Respond to reactive callouts due to the high demand and busy nature of the site.
- Ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of all mechanical systems within the hospital.
- Oversee safety and compliance across all engineering activities.
