We are recruiting an Mechanical Engineering Maintenance Supervisor for a leading national Mechanical and Electrical services specialist, this role will cover a medley of Energy Centre's and Commercial/Industrial sites in West and Central London

This role is both on the tools and office based giving you a varied day to day position and a first step towards management.

This is a critical role, and you will be a key part of the specialist team focusing on asset operational maintenance of pumps and CHP plant equipment.

Within this Mechanical Engineering Maintenance Supervisor role, you will be responsible for planning, designating and undertaking planned preventative and reactive maintenance across the estate of Energy Centre's and associated mechanical plant and equipment,

For this Maintenance Supervisor role we are looking for:

  • A technically competent Mechanical Engineer with a time served apprenticeship
  • Ideally you will be mechanically biased and have strong knowledge of pumps, motors, bearings, pipework.
  • Experience of leading a team of engineers on a daily basis
  • Committed to the continual improvement of yourself and your team
  • Legionella awareness and IOSH managing safely
  • Experience and working knowledge of building regulations and health and safety
  • A team player, looking for a long-term career within estates management
