We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mechanical Design Engineer to join our clients Rail Projects team. You will play a pivotal role in designing and developing HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop HVAC systems ensuring efficiency, reliability, and sustainability.
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation using CAD software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, project managers, and suppliers, to deliver integrated solutions.
- Perform system simulations and prototype testing to validate designs.
- Ensure all designs comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and client specifications.
- Provide technical support during the manufacturing, installation, and commissioning phases.
- Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance system performance and reduce costs.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in HVAC design, preferably within the rail or transportation industry.
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage projects and meet deadlines effectively.
