Mechanical Maintenance Engineer – Queen Mary University – Covering 3 sites only.I am currently representing an excellent building services company who are in need of Semi Static Mechanical maintenance engineer to be operating across 3 campuses at the Queen Mary University in East London.As a company they are over 150 strong as a group with a mixture of engineers within different disciplines from heating, cooling, mechanical, electrical & General M&E maintenance.Site cluster:All sites are within 1 square mile of each other within Mile End/Whitechapel in London.In this role You will be looking after a cluster of sites carrying out visual checks and maintenance on: AHU’s, Humidifiers, Temperature control monitoring, Fan Coil Units, Pumps & Motors, General Mechanical PPM’S, heating / hot water systems. Must be NVQ Level 2 Qualified as a minimum standard. Must be plumbing / mechanical bias.Package

£40 to 50k Basic
Van, fuel card, uniform, tablet, phone and training provided
Monday to Friday 40 hours per week with half hour lunch
Private use of van allowed
Overtime available
Call Out mandatory on 1 in 7 basis and with £200 per week retainer and paid x1.5 door to door
SSP
28 days holiday per annum
Engineer provides own hand tools
Company Pension Scheme in place
6-month probation
Pay weekly or monthly to suit
Immediate start / will wait for right candidate.
