Their portfolio includes a wide range of commercial properties across central London. As they continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Mobile Mechanical Engineer to join their team.

Role Overview: As a Mobile Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing mechanical systems across various commercial sites in central London. You will ensure all systems are functioning optimally, addressing any issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) on mechanical systems including boilers, pumps, and general building services.
• Diagnosing and repairing faults in mechanical systems.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
• Responding to emergency call-outs and performing reactive maintenance as required.
• Liaising with clients to provide updates and ensuring high levels of service delivery.
• Keeping accurate records of work completed and any issues encountered.

Requirements:

• Fully qualified Mechanical Engineer with relevant certifications.
• Proven experience in maintaining and repairing boilers, pumps, and general building services.
• Ability to hit the ground running, with minimal supervision required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Long-serving engineer with a stable work history preferred.
• Full UK driving license.
