We have a new vacancy for a Mechanical Engineer to join a well known FM provider. You will be responsible for the maintenance of all mechanical systems.
About the role of Mechanical Engineer:
Your role will be to run the day to day maintenance of the Mechanical parts/systems on site. The site is a commercial office space. You will work in a small team of 1 other engineer and then soft services team members.
Responsibility for the role of Mechanical Engineer:
- Lots of PPMs for this site
- Reactive breakdowns
- Key systems that require maiannce are AHUs,FCUs and Chillers
- BMS work
Experience Required for the role of Mechanical Engineer:
- City & Guilds Mechanical Engineer Level 3
