This job opportunity is for a Mechanical Engineer with a leading building services provider in West London.
Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial maintenance and be fully qualified in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
Experience in luxury high-end residential complexes or hotels is highly desirable.
The salary for this position ranges from £43,000 to £45,000 per annum, with additional benefits including travel expenses and a pension package.
The role involves duties such as planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance, and operation of various mechanical systems.

This is a very good opportunity for a Mechanical Engineer to join a lead building services provider on one of their contracts in West London. Our clients are looking to find a Mechanically bias engineer to join the team and hit the ground running in their new role. The site is a luxury high-end residential complex, so an engineer with this or hotel experience is highly desirable.

The successful candidate in this role will need to be fully qualified in Mechanical Engineering or Plumbing, HVAC or Air Conditioning, (City and Guilds / EAL / NVQ or equivalent), a minimum of 5 years experience in commercial maintenance and possess a great attitude.

Tap Temperatures
Chilled Water Systems
Heat Exchangers
Plumbing
Generators
Pressurisation units
Generators
BMS Operation
Motors

Requirements:

Mechanically qualified to City & Guilds Level 2/3 or NVQ (or equivalent)
Apprentice trained - desirable
Building Services Maintenance experience - 3 Years Min
Very Client facing
