Responsibilities include troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring compliance, and performing general building maintenance.
Applicants must be fully qualified in Mechanical Engineering (HVAC, Plumbing, etc.) and live within a commutable distance to the site.

We have a fantastic role for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our client's team on a fantastic site in West London! You'll be joining a tight knit team, work for a highly reputable building service provider, gain valuable career experience and receive the necessary opportunities to progress internally. For this role, your travel will also be covered! As a Mechanical Engineer, you will actively troubleshoot and fault find on mechanical systems, work on electrical systems, ensure all statutory compliance is adhered to, respond to client needs and carry out general building maintenance. This is a static role following a fixed schedule of Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.To be successful in the Mechanical Engineer role mentioned, you must be fully qualified in Mechanical related Engineering (HVAC, Plumbing, Etc.) in either City and Guilds, EAL, NVQ or equivalent, at least 3 years experience as a Mechanical Engineer within commercial / high end residential properties, client facing attitude and live within commutable distance to site. Mechanical Engineer Duties:

PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
AHUs
FCUs
Pumps - Bearings, Mechanical Seals
Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc).
Heat Interface Units
Cooling Towers
Tap Temperatures
Chilled Water Systems
Managing sub contractors, issuing RAMS and escorting duties
Heat Exchangers
Plumbing
Generators
Pressurisation units
Generators
BMS Operation
Motors

Mechanical Engineer Requirements:

Fully qualified in Mechanical related Engineering (HVAC, Plumbing, Etc.) in either City and Guilds, EAL, NVQ or equivalent
At least 3 years experience as a Mechanical Engineering in commercial / high end residential properties
Client faing
Apprentice trained would be desirable
Live in commutable distance to site

Salary and Package:

£45,000 per annum
Travel provided
Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
