Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and managing the engineering team to maintain and improve plant equipment and machinery.
  • Developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
  • Collaborating with production teams to optimize processes, drive efficiency, and reduce costs.
  • Managing capital projects, including new equipment installation and facility upgrades.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements related to food safety and equipment maintenance.

  • Overseeing budget management for the engineering department.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field).
