Mobile Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

The Role:We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a dynamic team, supporting commercial properties in and around Mayfair. This mobile role is ideal for a skilled professional looking to work in one of London's most prestigious areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive works on mechanical systems.
  • Servicing and maintaining HVAC systems, pumps, motors, and associated equipment.
  • Addressing plumbing issues and carrying out minor installations.
  • Troubleshooting and repairing building systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning.

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualifications:
    • Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Plumbing or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience:
    • Solid track record in commercial maintenance within London.
    • Expertise with HVAC systems, pumps, and motors.
  • Skills:
    • Strong technical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
  • Requirements:
    • Full, clean UK driving license.
    • Must be able to leave the van on-site after working hours.
