HVAC Contractors Responsible Engineer (Building Services)
Location: Old Oak Common

Salary: 90,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Working Pattern: Office-based 3-4 days per week- Hybriud there after


We are seeking an experienced Mechanical (HVAC) Contractors Responsible Engineer, with a solid background in the rail sector, to join our client's cutting-edge project at Old Oak Common, West London. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in one of the UKs most high-profile infrastructure developments, offering you the platform to apply your mechanical engineering expertise within a rail environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and lead all mechanical engineering aspects of the project, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Please note this is a Building services position
* Coordinate with contractors, stakeholders, and other engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
* Oversee the design, installation, and commissioning of mechanical systems within the rail infrastructure.
* Conduct regular site inspections, reviewing work for quality control and adherence to technical specifications.
* Provide expert guidance on mechanical systems including HVAC, piping, and other essential services.

Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Mechanical Engineer within the rail and building services industry is essential.
* Strong knowledge of UK mechanical engineering standards and rail-specific codes.
* Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple contractors.
* Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with teams and stakeholders.
* Availability to work in the office 3-4 days per week.
