My UK leading service FM provider are looking to add a Mechanical biased multi skilled maintenance engineer to their High end residential site in Central London.
Monday - Friday
£40,000 - £42,000
High end residential/building services site in Central London
Responsibilities:
- PPM's
- Reactive maintenance attending to the clients
- Air conditioning
- FCU's
- Electrical maintenance
- Fire alarms
- Emergency lighting
- Pumps
- Motors
- AHU's
Requirements:
- NVQ / C&G Level 3 in mechanicalengineering, plumbing & heating and/or Level 3 mechanical/pluming apprenticeship
- 17th or 18th edition desirable
- Excellent communication
