£40,000 -m £41,000+ overtime
Large commercial site in Stratford
Progression + further training
Responsibilities:
- Plumbing maintenance (flush valves, fill valves, pan connectors)
- PPM's
- Reactive maintenance
- Tap temperatures
- Filter changes
- General electrical maintenance
- Fire alarms
- Emergency lighting
- Legionella
- PPM planning
Requirements:
- NVQ level 2 or 3 in a mechanical field - Plumbing preferred
