Our client are a world renowned company within the building services sector and they are on the look for an experienced Mechanical Maintennace Engineer to join there team. Our clients pride themselves on upskilling there engineers and providing them with valuable oppotunities of further training. This is a great role for a Mechanical Engineer to join a new contract working in a state of the art commercial building. In this role you will undergo dailly PPMs and reactive maintenance tasks on mechanical equipment. This role follows a fixed Monday - Friday, (8 - 5)
To be successful in this role, you will need to be fully qualified in Mechanical Engineering, (C&G / NVQ or equivalent) at least 3 years experience prior in similar roles and the attitude to want to progress further in their career.
Duties:
- PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
- AHUs
- FCUs
- Pumps - Bearings, Mechanical Seals
- Sprinkler Systems
- Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc).
- Tap Temperatures
- Chilled Water Systems
- Plumbing
- Generators
- Pressurisation units
- BMS Operation
Requirements:
- Mechanically qualified to City & Guilds Level 2 or NVQ (or equivalent)
- Apprentice trained - desirable
- Building Services Maintenance experience
- Very Client facing
Salary and Benefits:
- £42,000 - £45,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday 8 -5
