Job Title: Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
Location: London
Contract: Permanent, Full time
Salary: £40,000 to £47,000 (depending on skills and experience)

Main Duties:
- Completing daily, weekly, monthly & annual PPM's
- Responding to emergency maintenance
- Testing and inspecting mechanical systems and equipment
- Monitoring the BMS controls
- Working on HVAC systems - Cooling towers, Chillers etc.
- Diagnosing issues and reporting back to the line managers
- Liaising with subcontractors
- Liaising with building managers
- Keeping an accurate log of completed PPM's
- Flexibility working on minor reactive issues
Qualifications Needed:
NVQ or City & Guilds level 3 in Mechanical bias
Mechanical biased UK degree
Previous experience working in commercial buildings
