One of my leading clients are seeking a skilled and proactive Building Services Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join their dedicated on-site maintenance team at a prestigious flagship building in the heart of Central London. This high-profile site demands exemplary standards of maintenance and professionalism, providing an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to showcase their expertise in mechanical compliance, with ample opportunity for career growth within the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, pumps, and water systems.
Diagnose, repair, and maintain mechanical equipment such as air handling units (AHUs), fan coil units (FCUs), chillers, and cooling towers.
Ensure all maintenance work adheres to health and safety regulations, including Legionella control and F-Gas compliance.
Maintain accurate records of completed work, including updating logbooks and using the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to address maintenance issues promptly.
Work alongside subcontractors and vendors to ensure work is completed to the highest standard.

Requirements:

NVQ / City & Guilds Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering, plumbing, or equivalent
F-Gas certificate (desirable)
Legionella awareness training
