We currently have a great role for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our client's maintenance team on a fantastic commercial site in West London. You'll be joining a long standing service provider, with a tight knit team, offering valuable career experience, training and a generous package!For this role, you will carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance on mechanical systems on site, trouble shoot, service mechanical systems, liaise with subcontractors, ensure all logbooks are up to date and ensure the client on site is happy with the service provided.To be successful in this role, you must be fully qualified in a mechanical related trade (City and Guilds / EAL / NVQ or equivalent), have at least 3 years experience in commercial maintenance, possess a client facing attitude and live within commutable distance to site.Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Duties:
- PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
- AHUs
- FCUs
- Pumps - Bearings, Mechanical Seals
- Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc).
- Cooling Towers
- Tap Temperatures
- Chilled Water Systems
- Managing sub contractors, issuing RAMS and escorting duties
- Heat Exchangers
- Plumbing
- Generators
- Pressurisation units
- Generators
- BMS Operation
- Motors
Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Requirements:
- Fully qualified in a mechanical related trade (City and Guilds / EAL / NVQ or equivalent)
- At least 3 years experience as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
- Apprentice trained is desirable, not essential
- Client facing
- Live in commutable distance to site
Salary and Package:
- £45,000 per annum
- Travel is paid for
- Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
- 25 days annual leave + Bank holidays
