Job Title: Mechanical maintenance engineer
Location: Large static, renowned site in West LondonSalary: £43,000 - £46,000 + overtime
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
About the Role:Join a global FM company as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on mechanical systems, including HVAC, pumps, and plumbing, chillers, AHU's.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical faults quickly and effectively.
- Monitor and maintain critical systems to ensure continuous operation and optimal performance.
- Work closely with site management to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Complete and update service reports and maintenance logs accurately.
- Support energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives across the site.
- Liaise with contractors and vendors as needed to facilitate repairs and improvements.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2/3 in any mechanical discipline HVAC/Plumbing
