Responsibilities:

  • PPM's
  • Reactive maintenance
  • Air handling units
  • Filter changes
  • Dehumidifiers
  • A/C units
  • Chillers
  • Pumps
  • BMS
  • HVAC systems
  • Requirements:
  • NVQ level 2 or above in any mechanical discipline (preferred but not essential)
  • Proven building services experience
