We have a new role for a mechanical maintenance engineer to join a leading organisation based in South West London. This is a client side role, Monday - Friday and is a static position.
In addition to a good starting salary you will be offered a generous pension and holiday allowance. There is opportunity for overtime and an on call.

Within this mechanical maintenance role you will be responsible for:
- Plant room checks and breakdowns
- PPMs
- Reactive maintenance
- Air Handling Units
- Boiler checks
- Hot and cold water systems
- Water treatment
This is a varied mechanical maintenance role, where you will be working alongside a qualified electrician and plumber. This is a brilliant mechanical focused role for a qualified engineer.
For this mechanical maintenance role we are looking for:
- Level 3 NVQ/ City and Guilds or Mechanical Degree
- Experience of building services maintenance, ideally from a hospital setting
- Experience of plant room maintenance, water treatment and PPMs
- A team player, looking for a long term, stable role in a close knit team.
- Living in South West London ideally.
