The Role:We're on the lookout for a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with hands-on experience working on ventilation systems, pumps, motors, and fans. You'll be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance, helping to keep the building's mechanical systems running smoothly and safely.
Day-to-Day Duties:

Carrying out PPM and reactive works on AHUs, FCUs, pumps, valves, motors, and ventilation systems.

Fault-finding and minor mechanical repairs.

Assisting with system upgrades and replacements when needed.

Keeping logs and documentation up to date.

Working with a collaborative engineering team across a dynamic site.
Requirements:

Strong background in mechanical maintenance (pumps, fans, motors, ventilation).

Experience in commercial environments (retail, hospitality, or similar).

Must be reliable and committed - no job-hoppers, please.

Must pass a DBS check.
