Location: Liverpool Street, London
Contract: Continental Day Shift (07:00 - 19:00), Permanent, Full Time

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team, providing top-tier building services to a tenant at Liverpool Street, London. In this role, you will be responsible for mechanical fault finding, repairs, maintenance, and installation, ensuring that our client receives the highest level of service within a banking and critical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preventative Maintenance: Conduct multi-skilled planned preventive maintenance (PPM) with a focus on building services plant and systems.
• Reactive Work: Manage, cost, and complete reactive works identified during PPM tasks.
• Client Relationships: Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with our client, ensuring exceptional customer service.

What Were Looking For:

• Experience: A seasoned Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with experience in a commercial or office environment, focused on building services maintenance.
• Mechanical Expertise: In-depth knowledge and experience in mechanical plant servicing, repair, and installation.
• HVAC Systems: Proficiency in servicing, fault diagnosis, and repair of HVAC systems and their controls.
• Technical Skills: Working knowledge of mechanical plant and equipment, including isolation procedures.
• Qualifications: NVQ/City & Guilds Level 3 in Building Services or Mechanical discipline.
