An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider working in a Commercial Office Building in West London

GH Engage are currently recruiting a Mechanical Shift Engineer to work in a Large Commercial Building in West London. The ideal candidate would live in commuting distance to West London.

The successful candidate will be carrying out maintenance and reactive tasks on site .

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial maintenance.

This position would be ideal for a Maintenance Plumber currently in a similar position who is keen on training and a new opportunity. The successful candidate will have experience within Plumbing carrying out installs, repairs and maintenance. In return the company are offering up to 22ph with overtime, training and development.

Shift pattern is 4on4off, Days & nights from 7am to 7pm/ 7pm to 7am.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• PPM's and Reactive works
• Repairs
• Install
• Reporting into the Engineering Manager
• Updating site log books
• Provide further works reports where required
• Completing all works to a high standard

Required Skills:

• Plumbing Level 2/3 or Mechanical Level 2/3
• Working experience in a Facilities Maintenance Environment
• Other preferable skills: Mechanical, basic electrical and Fabrics.
• Providing technical support to administration staff as required.
