Would you like to work for a leading Facilities Maintenance provider?

An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider working in a Commercial Office Building in West London

GH Engage are currently recruiting a Mechanical Shift Engineer to work in a Large Commercial Building in West London. The ideal candidate would live in commuting distance to West London.

The successful candidate will be carrying out maintenance and reactive tasks on site .

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial maintenance.

This position would be ideal for a Maintenance Plumber currently in a similar position who is keen on training and a new opportunity. The successful candidate will have experience within Plumbing carrying out installs, repairs and maintenance. In return the company are offering up to £22ph with overtime, training and development.

Shift pattern is 4on4off, Days & nights from 7am to 7pm/ 7pm to 7am.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • PPM's and Reactive works
  • Repairs
  • Install
  • Reporting into the Engineering Manager
  • Updating site log books
  • Provide further works reports where required
  • Completing all works to a high standard

Required Skills:

  • Plumbing Level 2/3 or Mechanical Level 2/3
  • Working experience in a Facilities Maintenance Environment
  • Other preferable skills: Mechanical, basic electrical and Fabrics.
  • Providing technical support to administration staff as required.
