Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform reactive and pre-planned maintenance on-site.
  • Deliver a multi-skilled maintenance service covering mechanical and electrical disciplines.
  • Ensure optimum performance of all mechanical and electrical equipment.
  • Meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Handle modifications and installations as required.
  • Coordinate with sub-contractors and external suppliers.
  • Engage effectively with clients and management.

Require

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • NVQ/City and Guilds Level 2/3 in relevant engineering maintenance (mechanical).
  • Prior experience in commercial environment maintenance.
  • Familiarity with pumps, motors, and related systems.
  • Competence in report writing and handling paperwork.
