About the company: I am working with a leading facilities maintenance company growing rapidly who operate in the Building Services Industry, offering great careers for progression. Our client has roughly 500 clients that they work closely with meaning loads of new opportunities coming up and room for progression within.

About the role: We are looking to take on board an engineer to be based on a high end multi tenated site in Bishopsgate, London. You will be part of a 2 man shift team completing maintenance across the site. The site offers plenty of overtime as well as variosu other benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct planned and reactive maintenance across a modern, high-tech office environment
  • Ensure efficient operation of building services systems, with a primary focus on Fan Coil Units (FCUs)
  • Replace and repair essential FCU components, including valves, actuators, and motors
  • Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all occupants
