About the company: I am working with a leading facilities maintenance company growing rapidly who operate in the Building Services Industry, offering great careers for progression. About the role: We are looking to take on board an engineer to be based on a high end multi tenated site in Bishopsgate, London. You will be part of a 2 man shift team completing maintenance across the site. The site offers plenty of overtime as well as variosu other benefits.

Responsibilities:

Conduct planned and reactive maintenance across a modern, high-tech office environment
Ensure efficient operation of building services systems, with a primary focus on Fan Coil Units (FCUs)
Replace and repair essential FCU components, including valves, actuators, and motors
Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all occupants
