Terms: 4on 4off Days Only

Salary/rate: Salary is paying between £50,000 - £51,800 Per annum.

Requirements:

* City & Guilds/NVQ in Mechanical Engineering / Plumbing

* Building services experience

About the role: We are looking to take on board a strong mechanical engineer to be based at a prestigious site in Kensington. You will be working in a large team of both mechanical & electrical engineers as well as on site carpenters.

Responsibilities:

PPMs & reactive maintenance
Working on Pumps
Hot & cold water
Low- & high-pressure water
HVAC maintenance
Heating and cooling related issues.
