Job Description:
My client specialises in Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Electrical Systems, specifically in the following 3 catagories:-
- MEP Validations / Dilapidations Surveys (and remedial works)
- MEP Plant Replacement (Life Cycle)
- MEP Facilities Maintenance (Mobile or Static)
Role Description
This is a very specific role. they are looking for a dynamic Engineer (Mech Bias) to carry out small Projects (up to 200k) direct for the end user / Property Management Team.
The role is specific due to the nature of the duties. They carry out a lot of validations / remedial works for Property Managers and they need a competent person to carry out these projects.
This is a full-time role for an MEP Project Engineer based in the London Area.
The MEP Project Engineer will be responsible for the projects from inception to completion. Naturally with the support from senior management:-
- Survey Specific Tender / Project
- Estimate Tender
- Manage Specialist Sub Contractors / Engineers
- Compile Report / Analysis
This is really good opportunity for the right person. Might suit a HVAC Commission Engineer looking for something a little different.
Qualifications
"Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP)", Plumbing, Electrical Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering skills
Project Engineering experience
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Relevant certifications or licenses in engineering or project management
Experience of system 'Validation' Process
Good Report Writing Skills
