Are you a qualified building services maintenance engineer with experience in maintaining commercial air-conditioning systems? I would like to hear from you! This is a great opportunity to work for a reputable contractor, servicing on-site HVAC and AC systems across your allocated property portfolio in London and South-East England.
Duties
- Splits/multi-splits - filter changes, condenser changes, re-gasing
- VRV/VAV/VRF - filter changes, condenser changes, re-gasing
- Reciprocating, scroll and centrifugal compressors changes
- Chillers - condenser changes, re-gasing
- Fire alarm testing and sprinkler testing
- AHUs/FCUs - filter changes, belt changes, actuator changes, coil cleans
- Pumps - PPMs or strip downs (replacing seals, bearings, valves, overhauls
- Ensuring all works carried out are logged
- Raising quotes for clients
- Signing off jobs once complete
- Liaising with subcontractors and Facility Managers on a regular basis
Requirements
- City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent in mechanical or electrical field
- 18th Editon (desirable, not essential)
- F-Gas qualification (desirable, not essential)
Package
- 45k to 47k salary range
- Mon to Fri days - no nights
- Van & Fuel card provided
- Company pension
- 25 days holiday + 8 days bank holiday
