Job Title: Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per year
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Location: London / M25 Region
Are you an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer ready for a new challenge? Alice Rose Recruitment is seeking a skilled Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join a family-run business providing planned and reactive maintenance across commercial sites in London and the M25 area.
Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer Key Responsibilities:
- Perform service, maintenance, and installation on HVAC systems, including split systems, VRVs, VAVs, VRFs, AHUs, FCUs, chillers, and refrigeration equipment.
- Conduct pressure leak tests, compressor changes, and braising.
- Utilize mechanical and plumbing knowledge to support building services maintenance.
Mobile Air Conditioing Engineer Package:
- Competitive salary up to £50,000 plus overtime opportunities
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- 20 days of annual leave, rising to 25 with service, plus bank holidays
- Company-provided van (for private use), fuel card, tablet, and work phone
- Paid travel after the first 60 minutes each way
Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer Requirements:
- City & Guilds Level 2 qualification in Air Conditioning (AC)
- F-Gas certification (Essential)
- Electrical and mechanical knowledge (Preferred)
- Proven experience in commercial building maintenance
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
