Our client is looking for an experienced, motivated Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join their highly renowned maintenance team in London! This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly renowned building service provider who provide fantastic career experience, exposure to high end commercial properties and well known to internally promote their engineers.For this role, you will be covering commercial properties based in the M25 and surrounding areas. Service relevant HVAC systems, install new systems / components occasionally, degas and top HVAC systems and ensure all regulations and compliance measures are adhered to.Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer Duties:
- Conducting routine maintenance to keep A/C systems in peak condition, ensuring energy efficiency and longevity.
- Diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and carrying out regular servicing to optimize system performance.
- Utilizing your expertise and cutting-edge tools to identify and resolve complex A/C system problems efficiently.
- Working on a variety of systems including Single / Multi splits, VAVs, VRVs, VRFs, Close Control, DX Units, CRAC units.
- Replacing compressors, condensers, regassing, brazing, soldering etc
- Ensure all statutory documentation is completed and kept up to date at all times
- Providing on-site services across London and surrounding areas, responding to client needs promptly.
Mobile Air Conditioning Requirements:
- F-Gas is essential for this role
- A full UK driving license
- At least 3 years experience as a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer
- Great HVAC knowledge
- Level 2 / 3 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning would be desirable, not essential
Salary and Benefits:
- £42,000 - £48,000 per annum
