Mobile Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

The Role:We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a dynamic team, supporting commercial properties in and around Mayfair. This mobile role is ideal for a skilled professional looking to work in one of London's most prestigious areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Performing planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive works on mechanical systems.
Servicing and maintaining HVAC systems, pumps, motors, and associated equipment.
Addressing plumbing issues and carrying out minor installations.
Troubleshooting and repairing building systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning.

What We're Looking For:

Qualifications:
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Plumbing or Mechanical Engineering.
Experience:
- Solid track record in commercial maintenance within London.
- Expertise with HVAC systems, pumps, and motors.
Skills:
- Strong technical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
Requirements:
- Full, clean UK driving license.
- Must be able to leave the van on-site after working hours.
