Mobile Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
Location: Mayfair, London
Salary: Up to 45,000 per year
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Van Provided: Must be left on-site after working hours
The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a dynamic team, supporting commercial properties in and around Mayfair. This mobile role is ideal for a skilled professional looking to work in one of London's most prestigious areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive works on mechanical systems.
- Servicing and maintaining HVAC systems, pumps, motors, and associated equipment.
- Addressing plumbing issues and carrying out minor installations.
- Troubleshooting and repairing building systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning.
What We're Looking For:
- Qualifications:
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Plumbing or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience:
- Solid track record in commercial maintenance within London.
- Expertise with HVAC systems, pumps, and motors.
- Skills:
- Strong technical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
- Requirements:
- Full, clean UK driving license.
- Must be able to leave the van on-site after working hours.
