We have an exciting opportunity for a Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer to work with one of the UK's leading FM providers covering North London.
About the Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer
You will be working in a high end commercial buildings, working on all Reactive Maintenance and Remedial Works. This will involve test & inspectio, PPM's and some HVAC maintenance.
Shift patterns Mon-Fri 8-5pm.
Responsibilities of the Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer
- Responsible for overseeing maintenance and reactive tasks
- Maintenance on Electrical distribution systems and control panels
- Key components are AHUs,FCUs,Compresses and chillers and PPM's.
- Repairs to building fabric, and handyman duties and services
- Fault fining
- Air Handling Units
- Fire Alarm tests
- Sprinkler Tests
- Emergency Lighting
Requirements for the Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer
- 18th Editions
- Level 2 or 3 Electrical

- Salary of 42,000 to 44,000 subject to experience
