Hours 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday

What youll be doing:
  • Delivering a building fabric service which will include minor plumbing, carpentry, painting and decorating, flooring, and patch repairs.
  • Working in a multi skilled role, performing daily maintenance duties as part of our PPM (Planned and Preventative Maintenance) and Reactive Maintenance programme.
  • Reactive Maintenance works - Changing of light bulbs, basic plumbing, carpentry works including picture hanging, shelving, blinds, curtains and flat pack furniture, ironmongery (replacing door handles and locks) decorating and general wear and tear maintenance.
  • Planned maintenance - Plant room checks, temperature checks, emergency light checks, cleaning filters and testing the operation of fan coil units, weekly fire alarm tests.
  • Liaising day-to-day with management and maintenance departments to promptly and efficiently complete remedial and planned preventative maintenance tasks in facilities.

Must Haves
  • All-round knowledge and skills of maintenance and decorating, plumbing and day-to-day electrics within the high-end, residential, building services sector.
  • A self-motivated individual with an eye for details who can take responsibility in completing tasks in line with briefs.
  • Have a solution focusedmindset and ability to problem solve, who naturally applies logic to priority lists and project work.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal & written.
  • Able to use own initiative or as part of team.
