Catch 22 is seeking a Multi Trade Engineer for a Student Accommodation Provider in London SE14.
The position offers a pay rate of £18.00 per hour, which equates to an annual salary of £37,000.
The role is full-time, Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, and is expected to last until October 2024.
Candidates must possess skills in multiple trades such as electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and more, along with an enhanced DBS check completed within the last 12 months.

Catch 22 are looking for a Multi Trade Engineer to work with our Client, a Student Accommodation Provider based in London SE14.

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Pay: £18.00 per hour (equivalent to £37k annually)

Length: Until October 2024

Start: ASAP

Key responsibilities:

- Delivering planned preventative maintenance and responsive repairs

- Carrying out dynamic risk assessments to ensure that they are in a safe working environment

- Completing all digital job tickets required for the works they deliver, raising follow on works orders where necessary

- This role will provide a service to several properties and there will be an expectation to travel between buildings.

Requirements:

To be considered for the role, you must have more than one of the following skills: - Electrical - Plumbing

- Carpentry

- Painting and Decorating

- Plastering repairs

- Tiling - Masonry repairs

- Groundswork

- Other areas of Construction Multi-Skill
