The position offers full training, mentorship, a company van, and a starting salary ranging from £26,000 to £30,000 per annum based on experience, along with benefits like a pension scheme and 33 days of holidays.

The Trainee Engineer role will involve working predominantly within the social housing sector and will be working with our 4 main systems:

Mechanical Ventilation and Heat Recovery Systems(MVHR)
Single Room Heat Recovery Ventilation(SRHRV)
Positive Input Ventilation(PIV)
Mechanical Extract Ventilation(MEV)

The Trainee Engineer will be offered training at a new training facility located within the main office in Weston-super-Mare.Your training will involve spending a week at the training centre followed by a period of mentorship for several weeks.

The Trainee Engineers responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, installation, servicing, diagnostics, and addressing breakdowns of the heat recovery units.

As a Trainee Engineer you will be offered:
